Toxins that enter your bloodstream through your skin (it is an organ, remember) can be as toxic to your body as toxins present in food. The solution? Make your own DIY natural products where possible (there are several recipes on this blog and many more to come!) and when this is not possible, choose USDA-certified organic personal care products (readily available online and at your local health food store).
